A pleasant walk discovering the city
Your full-day tour of Milan includes a walking tour introducing you to this Italian city.
On your full-day sightseeing tour you'll visit the glamorous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and the fabulous La Scala. Next, you'll tour the breathtaking Duomo, one of the world's largest, most striking Gothic cathedrals. Some 135 spires and 3, 200 statues are crammed onto the roof and into the facade. The tour does not include going up to the roof of the Duomo, but according to your needs it is possible to arrage it. The tour continues to the Sforza Castle.
The second part of my itinerary shows the turning from the Gothic Style to the Renaissance one, under the Dukedom of Sforza Family. An opening on a great period of cultural change which began in Florence at the end of 13th century. The culmination of the Renaissance in Milan came about 1500 and 1530. During this time two of the most famous artists spent their days in Milan, producing works that have for century been regarded as touchstones of perfection.

I booked a tour in Milan with Michaela for my family. I have to say that it was the best part of my trip to Italy. Michaela was so full of information as she walked us around the city. The 6 hour tour went by very quickly. We even had time to stop and eat. She acted more like a long time friend than a stranger which made all of us feel so comfortable being with her. She knew so much about the history of Milan!!! I would highly recommend her as a tour guide. Thank you Michaela, what a great experience!!
