John was punctual, knowledgable and very helpful during our day in Memphis. One of our group of 4 had to go back to our hotel as she felt unwell with a bad cold and this was no problem for John. He ensured the rest of us were ensconced in a blues museum and then went back to our hotel. Earlier in the day also, my husband was looking for something for his mobile phone - again no problem and John took us to an appropriate store. Highlight of our day was Sun Studios & John go us there for a great tour
