You will have a half hour stop in historic Edgartown, the oldest whaling village in New England. See the majestic Lighthouse of Gay Head in Aquinnah while browsing the shops and local restaurants. Take a stroll through the iconic gingerbread house campgrounds and admire the largest iron auditorium on Martha's Vineyard. Learn the history and make this tour your highlight of your vacation.

Start out where pick up location is and work our way around the island through all six towns. The beautiful vistas and beaches and ancient stone walls that line the rolling hills are truly memorable. As diverse as the culture is on Martha's Vineyard, there is an incredible amount of different cuisines to try as well as native wares to shop for.
We will be stopping three times for half hour each time. Edgartown, Aquinnah and Gingerbread Campgrounds.
Sites from the blockbuster "JAWS" and all 4 Lighthouses are along the way from one end of this beautiful Island to the other.

A Recent Review of this tour

Dolores is absolutely the best. She has been on the island all her life so you get history from the beginning of the island to modern date changes. She is very accommodating and has snacks & water for her guests. She stops along the way to allow her guests time to experience the island. She stopped at Chillmark chocolates (go back if She can't stop), Aquinnah, Edwardstown, Menemsha, and walked with us through the gingerbread houses and amphitheater. Best part of our entire trip.
