I was born in Bilbao (Basque Country) and was adopted by the city of Madrid 24 years ago. Since I was a little girl I always wanted to see the world, explore new places, eat different things, get to know people and all that led me to make a living out of my passion.
From my own personal and working experience traveling I like unique experiences at a pace. In my tours you will learn not only about Spanish History, Art or traditions but also useful insider's tips about Madrid lifestyle, from classical landmarks to new hot-spots.
In Madrid there is always something for everyone if you are willing to learn and explore. If you are a museum lover, a foodie or you are looking for a bike tour, I can offer tailored tours for you and your family.
If you are staying a little bit longer and want to see the Sephardic sites, its splendorous Cathedral or a 10th Century Mosque, we can enjoy a day out in Toledo (Unesco site).
Escorial, Segovia or Avila are also very interesting day trips to be organized from Madrid (Unesco sites).
Go for it!! Let me be your host while in Madrid!!

Amalia was a fantastic guide. She was informative, flexible and friendly, and she was great with our kids. She was one of our favorite guides. She took us to a building top near our hotel to start the tour and just took us from one thing to the next, centered around the Royal Palace which she knew exceptionally well.
