Taking this tour, you will penetrate into atmosphere of the pre-war Lviv, where about 30% of inhabitans were of Jewish origin. You will visit their beloved places, walk on the paths they were walking. I will also share with you stories, which I have heard from the survivours. But life goes on. You will also hear about life of Jews in Lviv today.
Visiting places related to history of Jews in Lviv: Krakow suburb, site of the Temple, Holocaust monument, Jewish Ghetto site, Kleparow station, former Yanovska camp site, Monument to the Yanovska camp victims, Synagogues (outside) in Vugilna and Mihnovskyh, Old Jewish quarter, former Jewish hospital, site of the former Jewish cemetery, modern memorial Space of Two Synagogues.
As well as the places of interest of Lviv today - the Rynok Square - heart of medieval Lviv, St. George Cathedral (also related to Jewish history!), Pharmacy Museum, Opera House (outside), walking in the modern city centre Avenue.
