Being an introductory Exploration of London, the great City.
New travellers to London may wish an overview when visiting for the first time to this complex/beautiful Capital. This is the place to start.
Or, having already visited in the past, you may want a more detailed exploration of one particular area or concept whilst visiting.
This can be a bespoke tour for new or old visitors.
Perhaps you know much about British history already and would like to explore British colonial history here.
My background in the study of History, both of the UK, and London, as well as the influence of the incomers from past colonies, allows me to construct a tour of special interest to the customer. We can do a general walking tour or visit one or two specific sites. This is your chosen bespoke tour.
Depending upon the chosen interest of the traveller(s), we could explore various sites or themes. We can stick to the normal well-known sites of London, or branch out into individual interests, less-known sites, areas and themes.
Having specialised in 'The City', the oldest Roman area of London, and in 'Westminster' the Royal/Political area of London, I can do some back-street walking tours or even the usual 'changing of the guards'.
I have a particular interest in 'When London was Capital of America'--i. e that period of Colonial America before its Revolution and break away from England, for those of you who might have an ancestral link to that period of your own history.
Let me know what your particular interests are, and we can create a tour together.
