Explore Loch Lomond and enjoy a visit to Glasgow, perfect for those with limited time, who want to see city and countryside.
A half day spent exploring the beauty of Loch Lomond taking in the Highland conservation village of Luss. Stunning location, and gives an introduction to the beauty of Scotland to those who don't have a huge amount of time to venture further. The Highlands begin at Loch Lomond, I'm sure you would love a chance to enjoy the beautiful scenery that surrounds this area.
The other half of the day is an introduction to Scotlands largest City, the beautiful & vibrant, Glasgow!
On our whistle stop tour we will visit Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum, a drive through of the West End where we will see Glasgow University buildings dating back to the 15th century. OR it may be possible to visit Glasgow Cathedral, and pay a visit to George Square, & Buchanan Street. . . . fabulous areas! I am happy to discuss which parts you would rather visit.

Glasgow is a beautiful, vibrant city which is full of architecture admired around around the world - possibly our most famous Architect and Artist being Charles Rennie Mackintosh. We can even visit one of Glasgows famous tea rooms if you would like to see some more of Mackintoshes distinctive designs.

Sadly the weather was dreadful but Kirsten was our sunshine. She put a happy spin on the entire day. We actually got a few rays of sunshine throughout the day. The trip out to Loch Lomond is a must. We loved the darling cottages, the terrific coffee shop and even had some time to visit their lovely gift shops. Kirsten is very knowledgeable and excited about where she lives. She brought along all kinds of Scotland snacks to share as well. Don't miss The Kelvingrove Museum or the Newark Castle.
