Perfect for people who are visiting Kyoto for the first time with a private guide

Kyoto has more than 1000 years of history, and this tour is a great way to explore and discover charms of the city. Enjoy a panoramic tour seeing Yasaka Pagoda (often regarded as the symbol of Kyoto), Kiyomizu Temple (the number one destination for many tourists), Jishu Shrine (the cupid of Japan), walking down Sannen-zaka and Ninen-zaka feeling the old-days Kyoto with traditional two-story shops and restaurants, visiting Ginkaku-ji known as the "Silver Pavilion", strolling around Geisha town of Gion.

This is a full day tour (8 hours) which allows a fully guided tour around Kyoto showing you all the places you may wish to return to in Kyoto another day.

As your private tour guide, I can adjust the schedule, duration and activities to meet your needs. Please let me know of any special requests you have.

Itinerary

Meet at your hotel or the entrance of Kyoto Tourist Information Center "Kyo-navi" on the second floor of JR Kyoto station Building in the morning.
