I am appreciative of your interest in Kumamoto, my home town. I know it is not easy at all for you to get here, but Kumamoto is a very worthwhile place to visit with many attractive spots such as Mt. Aso, Kumamoto Castle, hot spring resorts, etc. Please tell me about your interests and the kind of places you would like to visit. I am flexible with scheduling to meet your needs, helping to make the most of your time here since it is your vacation and your tour.
I worked for foreign affiliated companies in Tokyo for years, and returned to Kumamoto where I have been engaged in labor and social security attorney as well as a tour guide. I also like to travel around Japan and the world.
Again, I would like to tailor your visit to suit your own interests and time constraints. As a native and a local tour guide, I will make sure you will have a fabulous time in Kumamoto.
Let's explore this interesting region together!
A Recent Review of this guide
Our 2nd tour with Ikue: Aso was spectacular, the highlight of our whole trip. Weather conditions determine what you can see on this tour; fortunately, we had good views of gorgeous mountains, verdant rice fields, and pristine waterfalls. We stopped at a market where we sampled the delicious award winning local dairy products. Ikue arranged visits to hot springs, waterfall, and caves, again via private taxi. Another glorious day! Ikue also gave us helpful advice for other days of our trip. Domo arrigato!
