Visit St. Tryphon Cathedral & Maritime Museum
Join me and discover one of the best preserved and most beautiful medieval fortified towns in Europe. We will enter through the Sea gate, which serves as the main door, and once inside the ramparts, you will see why the town was deemed a World Heritage Site. Many important buildings stand on public squares with funny names such as the Lattice Square, Flour Square, Milk Square and Cinema Square.
Beautiful palaces are altered into hotels, restaurants and coffee shops, so if you decide to have a coffee break you can still enjoy the scenery as well as the stories that I have to share.
The most significant medieval monument is the Cathedral of Saint Tryphon. It is a breathtaking view of its high towers with fragments of the fortified wall in the background. On your request, we can enter the cathedral where you will be amazed at rare artifacts it holds.
Once we meet I will inform you all about the old town Kotor then we will proceed towards the main gate, where I will hand out maps. Once inside the old town, on the main square, I will show you where all the places of your interest are, such as ITM machine, public washroom, pharmacy etc. Once you are ready we will start the walking tour through the town passing many squares. We can visit the cathedral St. Tryphon or the Maritime Museum. Continuing the walking tour we will reach the main square once again, where the walking tour ends. The tour will last 1 1/2 hour.

Wonderful time with Biljana in Kotor! She really knows her history and information, and it was such fun exploring the ancient city of Kotor with an expert. We were very comfortable with each other's company right away. I wish I had booked more tour time to enjoy both Kotor and Biljana. I would happily tour with this very nice lady anytime.
