I've lived in Ketchikan, AK since 1991 and in Sitka, AK for six years before that. I'm an active on-air jazz disc jockey at the local public radio station, a patron of the local arts scene, and just generally an affable person with knowledge of the local area, its history and what life is like in Ketchikan and Southeast Alaska. My style of tour guiding is relaxed yet informative.

Stephen seemed to know everything about Ketchikan- from the historical perspective to the cultural. He drove us all through the city and into its outskirts, pointing out all the relevant sites. He has a very personable and pleasant demeanor and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour.
Employed by the US Forest Service from 1979 to 2009 including over 20 years on Southeast Alaska's Tongass National Forest.
I am not permitted to drive my vehicle onto the cruise ship dock. If you arrive by cruise ship, I will meet you as you exit your vessel and we will walk (a few hundred feet) to where my vehicle is parked.
