I am kind, friendly, and enjoy meeting new people. I am a fluent Japanese speaker and very fond of history and foreign/cultural studies. I work as a teacher in the public school system and play with a variety of bands and musicians on the island. I love surfing, music, Japan and the Japanese language, and traveling. I enjoy sharing my deep respect for Kaua'i and historical tales about the island with others.
Kaua'i is a place of unbelievable striking natural beauty like no other on the planet. From emerald mountains to the the deep blue ocean there are canyons, caves, rivers, beaches, amazing wildlife, and plants and flowers of all kinds. It is also a place rich with history. Ancient Hawaiian temples and the island's first buildings and towns paint a colorful tapestry of the past. I hope to show you some of the best Kauai has to offer.

Noah was friendly, fun and had interesting information about the island. We felt informed, not lectured. He was flexible about the schedule and worked with us about my needing to use the wheelchair. We could tell he really loved the island and was enthusiastic about island life. We saw so much during one day due to his planning and schedule.
