This delightful day in the heart of Highland Single Malt territory will have something for every sense. A day I will design around your interests and can include some or all of my suggestions, depending on timings. The journey can start in Aberlour, Dufftown, Rothes, Grantown on Spey, Aviemore, Elgin, Forres or even from Inverness, where I am based.
We can enjoy a visit to the highly rated Speyside Cooperage Centre, take a tour at one of the world's most famous whiskies - Glenfiddich Distillery (or other Speyside distilleries!).
Maybe experience the dramatic ruins of beautiful Balvenie Castle, stop off at a historic working woollen mill? Visit beautiful Findhorn Bay and maybe sample some local seafood before driving through Carrbridge with its stunning old bridge.
Find out about the altruistic Grant that founded Grantown on Spey and drive through old Jacobite fighting territory.
