Two hours of discovery in the cradle of North America with a private guide

Following in the footsteps of Samuel de Champalin, founder of Quebec City, relive the history of North America's oldest city through its impressive archaeological sites, historic buildings, picturesque houses, spectacular cathedrals, imposing fortifications and its narrow streets.

Explore the charm, history and culture of Old Québec City, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will discover the rich religious and military heritage of the only fortified city in North America. Walking through its narrow streets, you will notice the French and British influence on the architecture of buildings and houses that border its parks and streets. You will also admire the magnificent works of art, frescoes and monuments that adorn Old Québec.

Are you worried about a walking tour of Old Québec? Do not be afraid ! The tour takes place at your own pace and is designed so that you will not have to climb the coast that connects the lower town to the upper town. Even baby in her stroller will enjoy !

A Recent Review of this tour

The weather was bitter cold when my husband and I disembarked from our cruise ship a few minutes late. Claude was there, out in the elements, waiting for us. We had a nice tour, with stops here and there for a breather while Claude explained some of the highlights of Quebec. Our time together was just a few hours, but with Claude we saw and learned about things that we otherwise would not have noticed.
