A Driving Tour of Philadelphia's Key Cultural & Historic Sites
This two-hour driving tour is designed as a basic orientation to the major historic and cultural sites in the city of Philadelphia. The tour will begin at the corner of 12th and Arch next to Reading Terminal Market and will cover key sites in Old City, Center City, and University City. The tour will keep the interests of newly-arrived international students in mind. Participants will gain a basic historical and geographical framework of the city, which will provide a basis for further exploration. Some of the basics of American culture and U. S. history in Philadelphia will be covered. Ample time will be given to field questions. There will be opportunities for 1-2 stops at key historic and cultural sites.

Meeting Location + Tour Duration
Meeting location: 12 and Arch Street - next to the Reading Terminal Market.
End location: Tour will end after 2 hours. Guide can be dropped off near public transportation.

Price includes the entire tour. No additional fees are required.
I can only offer driving tours if you provide the vehicle and a driver. I prefer not to give tours to student groups under the age of 18. College students and older are okay.
