She kept us fully informed during the process of booking the original tour and also with the change. She is a very 'special' lady full of charm and friendliness. Was very knowledgeable regarding all the questions we bombarded her with and nothing was top much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and spending the day with Rosie. We would definitely use her again when we come back to Tasmania and will recommend Tours By Locals and Rosie to our friends if they are visiting Tasmania.
