Honolulu, HI, United States

Michael is an avid adventurer on the island of Oahu.

Michael has explored the island's beauty through paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, snorkeling, and even parasailing. As an amateur photographer, he is always seeking buried and forgotten island gems. He has explored everything from hidden beaches to deserted highways. His mana has led him to breathtaking sites all over the island. Having backpacked the world, he has been exposed to many languages and cultures. Michael is a people- person who finds happiness in traveling and sharing Oahu with anyone and everyone. Michael is a proud local who knows the ins and outs of Oahu from Waianae all the way to Waimanalo. He is always down to show his guests the true meaning of aloha. Michael always ensures his guests a safe and pleasant tour of his island home.

A Recent Review of this guide

Unfortunately the Lanikai Pillbox Hike was closed for repairs the day of our tour, but Mike suggested the Makapu'u Point Lighthouse Trail, which turned out to be a very nice alternative. In addition to the hike Mike also showed us around Honolulu and Hawaii Kai. He is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about local food and culture, and although this wasn't his food tour, he shared parts of that with us on this tour as well. I highly recommend this tour.
