That trend was broken when I came to Hawaii. When I first visited here, I knew immediately that this was my home, even though it was entirely new to me. About a year later, in 2007, I moved here permanently.
I immediately began exploring my island of O'ahu and I soon developed a reputation amongst my friends for an encyclopedic knowledge of our island home. People who had lived here there whole life began asking me to show their family members around when they visited. Within a year, I started doing professional tours.
After nine years of commercial tours here, I can claim a certain level of expertise, but no one can ever know all the secrets of O'ahu. Every tour is an adventure here and one of my greatest thrills is the occasional experience of finding something completely new alongside my guests. Just when you think you've seen everything, our mysterious island opens herself up to you that little bit more.
When I'm not guiding tours, my family and I love to hike in the mountains and snorkel on the reef. Even after years of exploring, there are still many hidden corners of O'ahu we have yet to discover. I'm also an avid movie buff and especially enjoy watching all the many movies filmed here on O'ahu.
All my tours are fully customizable and intended to fit your schedule and preferences as closely as possible. I do nearly every kind of tour there is including hiking, snorkeling, Hawaiian history, tv and movie, food, botany, and geology tours. Let's go on an adventure together. I'll share the depth of my experience with you and maybe we can discover something amazing together.

A great 1/2 day tour with Josh. Picked us up at the airport and dropped us off so we could catch our onward flight. The day was just as we hoped: city, beaches, rain forest, lots of history, and lots of sun and Hawaii. Josh is a pleasant person who gives a great tour. We hope to use him again on a return.
