More known among my local friends as a "human GPS dot HK".
I studied Han Culture and have kept my passion with digging into the knowledge about culture and history. Growing up from a family of chefs, while working as a columnist and now a local guide, I love to discover stories in different cities not only about food but all the more that fascinates me about people.
I really enjoy spreading my knowledge with new friends from all over the globe. If you're interested, I have tons of insider stories. I love good discussions and I'd love to share with you all the interesting of the different places where you and I have been living. I'm fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese but languages are only one of the many ways of communications.
So let me introduce you to the real Hong Kong, a lively city where East truly meet West like no other. Are you ready?

A food tour with Ashley was a fabulous experience! I tasted incredible food and saw various parts of Hong Kong that otherwise I'd never have visited as a tourist. What I liked is that I also get to know a lot about the city's culture and history. Ashley is an adorable story teller. You can feel her passion about her city and what she's doing. She's the kind of person that you'd feel like you have known her forever. Best wishes Ashley you deserve to do well!
