Flowers, History, Secret gardens

This is an extraordinary private tour of Victoria BC gardens. Do you love flowers and trees? Do you enjoy walking in nature? Does history and culture feature in your travels? If so, then this private tour, 'Native and Heritage Island Gardens', is for you.
I like to share with you some of my favorite gardens in and around Victoria, the city of gardens. Spring, summer and fall are joyous season for blooms, a perfect time for your private tour of the best that Victoria has to offer. We'll visit a baronial Scottish castle not far from Victoria and walk through the oldest Japanese gardens in Canada. We'll visit a beautiful house that belonged to a prince and princess and who for years cultivated an amazing garden. On our tour I suggest a special place for lunch, or we take out sandwiches and enjoy a picnic amidst the flowers overlooking the Juan de Fuca strait. We'll visit 4 or more stunning gardens in different parts of Vancouver Island, near Victoria.

You will have a choice to visit:
The oldest Japanese Gardens in Canada
The Gardens at the Victoria University
The gardens at Government House
The Horticultural society gardens of Victoria
Abkhazi Gardens

A Recent Review of this tour
