In 2000, I moved to Canada: first to British Columbia, where I lived on beautiful Bowen Island and studied art in Vancouver, then to Montreal where I completed my Master Degree program, and finally, after a short stay in Ottawa, to Alberta where I taught art for 6 years. I have now been living in Havana since 2015.
Somehow the force of life has been taking me around the world, giving me a chance to learn about different cultures, history, and life itself - and I am grateful for it. Why am I telling you all this? Because I want you to know just how passionate I am about exploring new places, and about the world I am living in. My love story with Cuba actually started in 2007: I landed in the country with a mission to complete a photographic assignment for a scholarship I won in grad school, and it truly was love at first sight. From that time, I came back to Cuba - Havana specifically - 4-5 times a year. I ended up falling in love with a Cuban, and in 2015 relocated to Cuba permanently. For over a decade, I have been learning about Cuban history and culture, and it became the main topic of my graduate thesis.
So allow me to share with you my knowledge and passion for Havana and Cuba! I will be delighted to show you around through a series of unique tours
