The history, people, and vibe, make it one of the most exiting and intriguing cities in the world. From the very moment you arrive, you are sucked in. The sun, the music, the sound of old rustic cars, the unique architecture, and all the smiles that greet you along the way. There is a unique vibe that makes you feel alive. Time that goes in unpredictable ways towards happiness, dance that takes place on your front steps, the rhythm of the bus and again, the hot sun, music, sea and amazing peaceful sky above your head. My love story with Havana, and Cuba, started from first glance and became my life.
I am a world traveller who experienced life in different parts of the world, who takes a break to share my perspective on knowledge of life and history of Cuba. I was born in the Russian Far East, in the area surrounded by China, North Korea and Japan. Then, I moved to Canada, Bowen Island and explored most parts of North America, including the beautiful land of the United States. Somehow, the force of life has moved me around the world, giving me opportunities to learn about different cultures, life and history. I am grateful for this opportunity and I am not going to stop. The last eleven years of my life I have dedicated to Cuba, where I live permanently. I have been learning about Cuban history and culture, and it became the main topic of my graduate thesis in Masters of Arts (state your degree properly).
Being a tourist when I first came to Havana, many years after, now living in a place that I love and that I am constantly learning about, I can assure you that you will provide the knowledge, impression and the feeling of Havana from both perspectives, the inside and the outside. Looking forward to see you in my tours. Olga
