Izumi was so generous, pleasant and professional. She went out of her way and helped us get our rail passes sorted, and suggested pass cards for the other rail companies which we knew nothing about. She was full of information about the places we visited, and was happy to go off track with us (to a Cat Cafe we saw) and ended up spending more time with us than we deserved. Thank you for yet another great tour with your company.
