William graciously accommodated our schedule. He prepared specific information to satisfy our particular interests. He was knowledgable and entertaining. He structured the tour, starting at the top floor of the new library, to give us a general overview before moving into the specifics of the Schmidtville neighborhood. He was both friendly and very professional. Great tour.
