We were impressed by Andy's professionalism - every detail was planned and the tour went exactly as scheduled. Responses to questions at the planning stage were fast and accurate. The other side of the coin is that when we were with him he was rather distracted with planning future tours and not always totally engaged. This was not an issue for us, just a comment. We would definitely use him again.
