Visit the Cacao plantation and watch Dolphins close to the beach

This is a very complete tour. In this tour we have the option start at a very famous farm in Guayaquil called "Hacienda el Castillo" where you can see all the process of Cacao plantations. Since the plant the seed until they get the harvest and make chocolate out of it, you even have the possibility of buying some of their chocolate. After that you would be able to enjoy a horse or bike riding in Morro that is a town near the Sea, and we finish at the pier where we left for a Dolphin Watching tour in a boat and have a 30 min walk in an island to watch fragatas.
After that you decide if you want to stay some time at the beach or come back straight to the city.

We leave Guayaquil to Hacienda el Castillo in case the tourist want, it is an option to go there to see Cacao Plantation, the cost of it its $21. The farm is 45 minutes far from the city. We stay in the farm for one hour and after the farm we go to Morro town, that is one hour far from the farm, close to the beach of General Villamil and the tourists choose between a buggi buggi, bike or horse ride, to a nice place close to the beach. After this we go to the Dolphin watching our and the walk around an island famous for the birds called Fragatas.
You have the choice to eat either before or after the Dolphin watching tour. At the end of this, you will have the opportunity to stay a little bit on the beach or just come back to the city.
This tour is very flexible, in case you don't want to visit the Cacao farm we can take a fishing watching tour or something similar.

A Recent Review of this tour

Our second tour with Mario and his excellent driver Gabby. We had a wonderful day at the cocoa farm learning about growing and producing chocolate. We then went on to EL Morro for a great lunch on the river and a boat ride to see the dolphins. A stop at a 100 year old bakery was a treat. Because we expressed interest Mario also took us to the cemetery in Guayaquil. Amazing. Thank you for a wonderful day. We feel we parted as friends.
