Grand Canyon Private Tour
You will be whisked away to Northern Arizona and the Grand Canyon. Start your tour with a quick drive through Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. If your desire is to take a little walk or visit the museum and gallery of Mary J. Colter's Hopi House or the Famous Kolb Brothers Studio please let us know your wishes, there is too much to see in one day.
After exploring Grand Canyon Village, we will travel east along the approximately 30 mile rim road, making brief stops along the way of course, to the breathtaking view a top Desert View Watch Tower. This amazing landmark was skillfully crafted by famed architect Mary J. Colter, incorporating many of the ancient construction technique, material, art and design of the Native American cultures that have inhabited this sacred area for thousands of years.
Upon leaving the park we will cross the Painted Desert to Cameron on the Navajo Indian Reservation. Here there is a wonderful trading post specializing in native crafts since 1916. This journey will take a full day.
This tour runs anywhere between 12-14 hours with multiple stops along the way. There is too much to see here in Arizona in any one day. Because this is a private tour we can customize your tour and make stops that would be in your best interest whether it be Sedona, Flagstaff or any of the other beautiful places we will be passing along the way. We just can't see it all. And, with The Grand Canyon in our itinerary I would recommend we spend as much time there as we can in the time allotted.
