During the tour you can learn your Hungarian survival dictionary and experience local tastes during a lunch break in a place visited by locals (lunch time can be added as an extra to the tour time).

We can follow a flexible itinerary depending on the starting point.

We can spend the morning in Buda Castle visiting the Royal Palace, Matthias Church, Fishermen's Bastion enjoying the panoramic view of the Danube and its bridges. Then we can take a bus or walk down to cross the Chain Bridge and go to the Pest side. Here we will visit Saint Stephen' Basilica and walk to Liberty Square with a glimpse of Hungarian Art Nouveau architecture. A lunch break is possible in this area.

During the afternoon we will walk around the Parliament and recall the events of Communism and the 1956 national revolution. From there we can take a tram and go for a shopping in the Central Market Hall (Sunday closed). After a walk to the Great Synagogue and the Jewish quarter, we can take the old metro and visit Heroes' Square, the City Park, its Romantic castle and Szechenyi termal bath.
