I specialse in gastronomic tours and feel very qualified to be the "local" who will show you round this fantastic, "hidden gem" of a city.
I started working with visitors to Granada (because in my world no one is a "tourist" - that word doesn't exist!) about 14 years ago for friends of friends and I realised there was something in it I really enjoyed. For me, showing you what Granada has to offer, over and above the typical sites is extremely important. Some people pass through the city in a very short space of time and so it's essential to see as much as possible and be shown what the city has "behind the scenes".
I love telling stories about Granada and Spain in general and sharing with you my particular experiences over the years. I hope you will come and enjoy your time with me soon!
NOTE: All of my tours can be customized according to size, age group and time of year. Just ask!
A Recent Review of this guide
Gayle was delightful! She asked us several questions upon meeting us so that she could tailor the tour just for us. We started out with a "walk and talk" - a quick overview of Spanish life and interesting things along the way. The restaurants that she chose represented the Spanish tapas tradition and the way she engaged with the staff at the restaurants was truly fun to be a part of.
