I first fell in love with this city in 1996 and have called it "Home" every since. I specialse in gastronomic tours and feel very qualified to be the local who will show you round this fantastic, "hidden gem" of a city.
I started working with visitors to Granada (. . . . in my world no one is a "tourist" - that word doesn't exist!) about 14 years ago for friends of friends and I realised there was something in it I really enjoyed. For me, showing you what Granada has to offer, over and above the typical sites is extremely important. Some people pass through the city in a very short space of time and so it's essential to see as much as possible, "behind the scenes" so to speak, through the eyes of a local.
I love telling stories about Granada and Spain in general and sharing with you my particular experiences over the years. I hope you will come and enjoy your time with me soon!

A Recent Review of this guide
We gave Gayle a challenge and asked her to step outside her comfort zone to take us on a tour she'd never done before. She absolutely rose to the task, taking care of all details and learning about what we were looking for. She was able to find locals who had inside information that got us closer to our goal. After, she found food for the vegan in our party, just blocks from our hotel. Gayle is very personable, an excellent conversationalist, engaging, informed, and a great person to hang out with!
