I became to be a tour guide six years ago. I think that I've finally found my place here and I'm very passionate and enthusiastic with my profession, I enjoy it. I've been working in the tourism sector during the last twelve years, and I really like what I do. Firstly, I used to work in a tourist information centre and also I was receptionist in some hotels after I finished my degree in tourism in 2008. However a few years ago I decided to focus on art and history and I decided to become an official tour guide.
I'm in love with my city. I have a perfect sense of direction and obviously I wouldn't get lost, my relatives had been living for years in historical quarters of Granada, so thankfully I can guide you through the centuries of one of the most importants cities that we still conserving throughout the world.
Despite of being young, my knowledge is a very important competitive advantage for me. After reading many books and doing several tours, I'm still studying and I think that it's impossible to stop learning. If you are really passionate with what you do, everything is easier, that's my philosophy.
If the typical guided tour is NOT in your plans, then I'm your guide.

Guillermo was excellent. His input was not just regarding the Alhambra and its history (for which his knowledge appeared to be very extensive) but his ability to answer questions on Spanish history, and local Granada information was most interesting. The 4 hours passed very quickly.
