Whenever I get the possibility I go for a hike and bring my friends along. Preferable on longer hikes or adventures but just a night under the stars between two hectic workdays is amazing as well. My personal goal is to spend at least one night surrounded by forest each month, regardless of weather or how hectic my "normal" life is; no excuses. I love to plan my adventures and analyzing different gears to find the best; I always bring my scale with me when shopping :) But being outdoor is not about gear or a lot of free time, I want to make it as accessible as possible for my friends and visitors.
I have travelled a lot, hiked in the Himalayas, worked in Antarctica, couchsurfed in the US, built telecom towers in Myanmar and in Nigeria and each and every place has its own beauty. However, one thing I have learnt is that some of the greatest memories are from the people I meet, so when I'm not travelling I want to bring the travelers to me instead.
Looking forward to meet you!

I would highly recommend on going on the hike and getting to sleep in such a picturesque spot. Not only is it very relaxing but Emil was a great host, as well as knowledgeable. Thanks for showing us a bit of what Sweden has to offer!
Unfortunately I never liked mushrooms so a tasty mushrooms stew will not be part on my outdoor tours. (But I will offer a tasty reed-soup)
