World's Tallest Trees - Ave. of Giants - Lady Bird Johnson Grove with a private guide
- 1st Day:
We will be crossing the iconic Golden Gate Bridge passing through scenic Mendocino County until arriving at Chandelier Drive-Thru Tree.
Along Hwy. 101 is surrounded by Humboldt Redwoods State Park, which has the largest remaining stand of virgin redwoods in the world. We will visit the Ave. of the Giants, which will include several stops to see the tallest trees in the world inside the park.
Stay overnight at a hotel of your choice in Blue Lake or Arcata (I can recommend a few).
- 2nd Day:
We will drive up north towards the beautiful coastline passing thru coastal village town of Trinidad, Thomas K. Visitor Center until we arrive at scenic Lady Bird Johnson Grove.
Heading south we stop over in front of the magnificent Carson Mansion in Eureka, on the way back to San Francisco.
