Unique tides of 27 feet reverse the rapids in Saint John. Tides permitting, we will see both high and low. Drive through the Acadian Forest to the Village of St. Martins to experience the Sea Cave formations carved out of the sand stone/conglomerate rock over the last 250 million years. The Fundy Trail Parkway (entrance fee not included) includes a beautiful waterfall, , replica of a sawmill, Bunkhouse/visitor Center, includes a 9 min video of the old Salmon River Lumber Town. Cross a rope bridge, if you dare. See flower pot rock formation and an Old Seaman's Burial Ground. Fabulous vistas, many photo opts. At the end of the Trail we will have an opportunity to walk on an ocean beach and breathe in the fresh salt air. This trail is part of a UNESCO Global Geopark, "Stonehammer" with rock formations 500 million to one billion years old. Closes Oct 19, 2019 for the Season.

We were met in a timely manner by Triana and her driver and spent a fantastic day with them. exploring St John and the Fundy Trail. Triana was VERY knowledgeable about the area and stopped for any photo requests along the way. Planned a great lunch stop, provided a few snacks she had brought along and returned us to our cruise ship right on time. We couldn't have had a better day.
