Hiro was outstanding! He planned a terrific itinerary for us, but kept it flexible so that we could add-on to it. He is full of information about Tokyo and the venues we visited, as well as about Japanese culture in general. He also has a good sense of humor. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent with him. An added bonus: Hiro took us to an excellent tempura restaurant for lunch. We can't remember a better tempura meal, in or out of Japan. His English is superb. A++
