Five stars are not enough - knowledgeable, lovely, flexible, kind - just a few adjectives to describe Elisabetta. A superb guide - with her equally delightful driver that day (Laura), the four of us had a fantastic tour of the city's main sites and extremely informative museum(s) narrative. We hated to leave her! Her knowledge of art rivals any professor's I had in college, and she makes it fun and exciting - never "dry." Best guide ever!
