The Highlights of Florence
Exploring the icons of Florence, the most famous artworks and monuments: Michelangelo's David in the Accademia Gallery, the tombs of the great Italians in the church of Santa Croce, the Duomo and its impressive marble decoration, the huge Brunelleschi's cupola "soaring above the sky, it protects with its shadow all the Tuscan people". Not least, Signoria Square, a beautiful open-air museum and political heart of Florence.
A walk through the centuries when Florence was the New York of the Middle Ages, a look at the period when Florence was "the school of the world".

We were in Florence for 2 days and did tours with Francesco both days. His knowledge and personality were outstanding. Easy to be with and was also thoughtful in our needs and desires. His passion for the city showed with every word he spoke about the history, culture and artists of the renaissance. I was able to email directly to him, he also made reservations for dinner both nights and his choices were perfect. I feel I choose the perfect guide from Tours by Locals. Grazie Mille Francesco, Joanne
