A Lisbon Tour for cruise passengers or others with a limited time in the city
If you will be passing by Lisbon with just a few hours available and want to get to know it before leaving, this is the tour that will allow you so! Tell me how much time you have in the city and I will customize the tour to your needs and interests. Let me take you to the historical centre and to some of the most beautiful sightseeing points of the city. We will have a panoramic orientation drive in the most important streets and places. This will light your appetite for a traditional custard tart, that you can try at the neighborhood of the Discoveries - Belém. Here we will see St. Jerome's Monastery, the Tower of Belém and the Monument to the Discoveries.
Important: In case you book the tour for a Monday, St. Jerome's Monastery is closed. We can see its exterior and spend more time elsewhere in the city.
Pier/hotel/airport - Belem district (Jeronimos Monastery, Belem Tower) - Monument to the Discoveries - Panoramic drive including Marques de Pombal Square, Avenue of Liberty, Restauradores Square, Rossio Square, Baixa district, Commerce Square and one of my favourite lookouts for a view of the city.
Meeting Location + Tour Duration
Meeting location: I will meet you at your hotel or at the pier where your ship docks, at the scheduled time. I will have a sign with your name and the Tours By Locals logo on it.
End location: Your hotel or the dock where your cruiseship will be. We can also drop you off at any other place of your preference inside the city (e.g.:a restaurant, the airport, a meeting,...)
Duration: 5 hours
It is a comfortable 7 seater mini-van (Seat Alhambra), with A/C and radio. It holds comfortably me + 4 adults + 2 children (the 2 back seats have less legroom than all the others).

My 3rd time in Lisbon, 1st time with my wife - and my 3rd tour with Ines. Very first thing I did after our trip was confirmed was to book a tour with Ines so my wife will have the same great experience I had before. And like my 2 previous tours, this was also a wonderful experience! Ines is friendly and her knowledge of historical/present facts about Portugal really stands out. After doing many tours through TBL in different countries, I can say that Ines is among the most knowledgeable guides I had with.
