Rome is a magnificent city which one never stops to discover. You have never made it to Rome before and you don't know where to start? Check all the twenty private walking and driven tours on my profile, surely you will get an idea.

Best months to come: October to mid November, April and May. Don't forget that winter is mild in Rome and you can avoid the crowds.
Customized tours and driven shore excursion into Rome are available.
I am not a driver but I can also arrange for private transportation ( guided tours only, not just transfers ). Children and families are welcome.

As a guide I like to give informative tours and put things in perspective, not just giving you a bunch of notions and dates .
yes! I understand you are on holidays, and you want to take pics too :-)

I make my best to keep the calendar updated but I do advise to send me a message to verify my actual availability. I'll get back to you straight away.
Please note: entrance tickets are not included in the price of the tour. I do let clients deal with their own tickets without being surcharged. Of course once you book the tour I provide the official websites in order not to be tricked.

Most popular walking tours:
-Colosseum, Roman forum, Palatine Hill
-Vatican museum Sistine Chapel, St Peter's Basilica ( No early entrances, not worth it )
Vatican Museums and Colosseum skip the line tickets are basically tickets bought previously on line. That's all.
Security check lines however can't be avoided. Since April 2015 Colosseum has a security check again.

Please note that for a typical 3 hours Tour in a large 25 people group offered by companies as City Wonders you will likely spend 64 euros per person.
As you can see my totally private tours for up to 6 people are around 300 euros or even less.

Are you visiting Rome on a cruise ship, and you don't care about private transportation? Great! Take the train from Civitavecchia and fly over traffic! It takes only one hour and I'll meet you at Roma Ostiense station.
Last: hotel pick ups are also available for an extra cost.
Please write me to have a custom tour if you're more than 6 people. There is an extra cost and mandatory rentals of headsets must be arranged.
Well, I believe I said it all.
Ci vediamo a Roma!
See you in Rome!

A Recent Review of this guide

My family and I loved our tours with Fabio! Fabio was amazing! He has an extensive knowledge of art, art history, and archaeology, and a fun and interesting way to present the information, so both my husband and I as well as our two teenage sons loved the tours. Fabio was also extremely helpful helping me plan the tours and was also happy to make last minute changes to the tours that we requested. Thanks Fabio!
