Ephesus city tour , visit St John Basilica and Mary's House
It will be an interesting day trip to Ephesus to see how the Romans lived here 2000 years ago and explore this magnificent site, rich with historical and biblical significance.
Walking along the collonaded streets helps us to get the feeling for what life was like in Roman times. Ephesus is among the best-preserved cities of the Mediterranean world
Besides being an archeological site, Ephesus is an important Christian site housing the Basilica of St. John the Divine from 6th century and the house where the Virgin Mary is supposed to have spent the last years of her life. Also it was a major centre of St. Paul's missionary journerys to Asia Minor.
