Kampala and Ngamba tour


On this day, we begin with visiting the Ngamba Island on lake Victoria at 8:45am and come back at 1pm. We then visit the remote village and see how the local Ugandans live. We finely reach the Reptile village, a community based project. Marvel at different species of reptiles.

There after, we drive to Kampala. Visit the Kasubi tombs where kings from the Buganda region are buried. Visit the worshipping places, Museum, national theatre and the shopping malls.

Itinerary

At 8:45am drive to the pier and take a speed boat to Ngamba Island on lake Victoria. Watch the morning feeding and after cruise back to the main land. Have lunch and after drive to remote village and see how the local Ugandans live. Have 30-40minutes at the reptile village, a community based project. Marvel at different species of reptiles.

There after, we drive to Kampala. Visit the Kasubi tombs where kings from the Buganda region are buried. Visit the worshipping places, Museum, national theatre and the shopping malls.

At about 4:00pm, drive back to Entebbe.

Meeting Location + Tour Duration

Meeting location: I can meet you at your hotel when already in the Country/pick you from the Airport.

End location: Drop you at your hotel or Airport for your flight back home.

Duration: 8 hours 30 min.

The boat usually departs at 9am but this can be extended on request depending on your arrival time at the pier.

Transportation

I use a 4x4 wheel drive 7seater Toyota Van which is air conditioned. It also has a open roof for photography.
I also have a 5seater Toyota land Cruiser model 2000. It is also air conditioned. All my vehicles are clean and kept in good condition. They are all comprehensively insured.
