Enjoy Ensenada's greatest spirits, foods, and history at a glance!
A distilled experience of wine, beer, the best ocean view from Ensenada, extraordinary fish tacos and artisan sherbet sprinkled with a little bit of science and regional culture.
BECAUSE NOT EVERYTHING in the City is shopping and sitting around at restaurants, this experience is designed with a broader landscape in mind: maybe an historical site, a mango spicy sherbet, a museum, or wondering at how plants adapted to the Peninsula's arid environment. . . However, to close on a high note, we visit a vineyard a few miles away and enjoy the deep blue of the Pacific Ocean.
Of course, none of the latter demerits tasting one of the most recognized wine labels in Mexico, a good old taco or any of its recent beer brands. After all, a memorable Baja experience is made out of a bits and pieces of food, culture and the Peninsula's raw nature!
This is a good example:
- 9:30 am. Meet at hotel or hospitality location
- 10:00 am. Visit Ensenada's oldest winery. Optional wine & olive oil or coffee tasting
- 11:00 am. Visit a museum, our state university botanical garden or a brief beer tasting at an oceanfront location
- 12:30 pm. Arrival to ocean viewpoint site. Suggested lunch or cheese board
- 2:00 pm. Back to the city and end of it all!
