Hike on a breathtaking mountain cliff charged with nature and history
Because there is much more to photograph than LA BUFADORA!
The peninsula of Punta Banda is guarantee of good photos, any time, every day. Although the area is known only for its famous Bufadora, the beauty of its coastline offers much more: its capricious line and steep gorges give place to prominent coves, caves and islets that shower with every wave, offering an additional dramatic touch to the Blowhole experience.
- Exceptional panoramic landscapes, special for photography
- Possibility to observe marine fauna (whale in season)
- Optional shore fishing (extra cost)
This is a good example:
- 9:30 am. Meet at hotel or hospitality location
- 10:30 am. Start panoramic hike and photo session
- 12:30 am. Picnic
- 1:30 pm. Ride back to Ensenada City
Meeting Point + Tour Duration
Meeting Point Options: Cruise Ship Port, Hotel, Monument/Building, Suggested by Guide: If youre getting down from the cruise, the intersection where the control booth meets the pedestrian bridge is the best spot. For further reference, the huge Caracol museum building lies right across the street.
Duration: 5 hours
Traffic to Punta Banda can get heavy, depending on the day and hour. La Bufadora marketplace can also get pretty crowded.
I have a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder that can take up to 6 passengers, with A/C and very clean.
If your party is larger or you'd rather a fancier transportation, I can rent a Ford Transit or Mercedes Sprinter

This was a great tour for me and my family, who were on a cruise to Ensenada. The hike was beautiful and not very difficult. The picnic that Lizette provided was perfect . Lizette was very knowledgeable about everything and such a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend taking this tour if you are in Ensenada.
