This area enjoys a Mediterranean climate that has transformed it to the renowned wine region it is today, developing a culture of Mexican style wine that now characterizes the Valley. However, the sybarite doesn't dwindles the brave, and the best experience is accomplished adding history and tradition to the sophisticated, visiting spaces of great genuinity that are discovered practically next to the vineyards.
AN INTERESTING MIX: In the Valley of Guadalupe, history digs deeper roots than in the very City of Ensenada. These lands have added to their indigenous Kumiay origins, the Russian influence of the last century and the culture of wine brought by the Spaniards.
