A Private Shore excursion / Day tour from Edinburgh for up to 8.
We leave Edinburgh and travel via the Falkirk Wheel( one of the modern wonders of the world) , and on to Stirling Castle which was once known as the Key to the Kingdom and was voted Scotland's best visitor attraction of the year 2016. You will have a short guided tour of the castle then you will have free time to explore. Then we will travel from Stirling to our lunch stop. After lunch travel through the Trossachs (known as the Highlands in miniature) with a stop at Loch Katrine for a the photos and a walk along the shore of the Loch. Then travel back to Edinburgh stopping at Kilmahog to visit Hamish and Heather the Highland Cattle before returning back to Edinburgh or cruise ship terminal.

Return to Edinburgh.

Where vehicles are used I always employ a driver.Parking restrictions require vehicles to be parked some considerable distance from most attractions, a driver can drop us off at the entrance, and collect again when visit completed.

This was our second tour with Martin. He took us outside Edinburgh and it was nice to see the landscape of Scotland. He is full of information and we learned a great deal about the people, heritage and history. His driver was also a very nice person, courteous and punctual. Had a lovely day.
