The tour will take you on an entertaining journey of discovery along one of the world's most famous streets, every step has a story to tell. On the way we'll learn some of the secrets that lie behind its historic buildings - and under our feet. Also we can look at locations attached to the Outlander Book/TV series (Claire & Jamie)

Meeting location: Meet up location: We will meet outside the main entrance for The HUB(converted church)and now the HQ for the Edinburgh International Festival located at the top of the Royal Mile, wedged in between Castlehill, Johnston terrace in the Lawnmarket area.
I will be wearing either tartan trousers or kilt.
End location: End location: The tour ends at the outside the gates of the Palace of Holyrood House.

On your journey down the Royal Mile you will see places of historic interest and a number of attractions from the outside, this will enable you to consider if you wish to return and visit them later.
