Homeland War tour
If you google up Dubrovnik I swear the first thing that will pop up (besides Game of Thrones) will be The Republic of Dubrovnik - undoubtedly the most famous prominent developed independent advanced part of our history, the history we are very proud of, but nobody really recall from his/her own personal dairy what happened in 16th century. On the other hand, what is mentioned and remembered by almost everyone in this tiny place happened only 27 years ago and still has consequences on our daily lives.
Let's talk about that a bit, shall we? :)
Starting from the place of your stay, we'll go through the suburb of Dubrovnik with a few important stops for our history, also you'll have some free time for coffee - extremely important Croatian social obligation!
Going back to the Old Town of Dubrovnik we'll drive up to the hill Srđ for a *Kodak Moment*! We are going to visit Homeland War Museum, after which we are going down to real princess of Adriatics - the Old Town of Dubrovnik, surrounded with walls half a millennium old.

My family and I had a great time on our tour with Anja. She was engaging, knowledgeable and was able to thoughtfully answer any questions we had. As a local who has lived Dubrovnik's recent history, Anja was a great choice for our tour. We were able to learn and and see so much in our time together. We are looking forward to visiting Dubrovnik again and will absolutely avail ourselves of Anja's expertise.
