Take a walk through history!
This tour is for travelers that don't have much time in the city.
It's a walking tour based inside the city walls and it lasts up to two hours. This tour gives you a brief history of Dubrovnik, covering the very beginnings of the city and the heritage of the Ragusan Republic.
In a relatively short time, the guests get to see the most important and most impressive monuments, walk through the historic streets, listen to interesting stories and legends while learning a lot about this advanced and harmonious place.
The tour starts at the Pile gate, next to the fountain.
This is a convenient meeting point because the city is right in front of us which gives us a perfect opportunity to start talking about the very beginnings, the development and the building of the city walls.
After a short and interesting introduction, we enter the city at the Pile gate. When we reach the main street, the views open up, and the stories just start coming out.

Estimated Local Cash Needed
230 Croatian kuna - (approximately 35 USD) The only thing you definitely need during the tour is a bottle of water; especially during the high season. The temperatures inside the walls are pretty high, so I would definitely recommend bringing something to drink with you.
The 35 USD should be enough to get a snack/beverage or a souvenir at the end of the tour.
Please come prepared; wear comfortable walking shoes, some sunscreen, a hat and of course take your camera!

A comprehensive tour and introduction into the history of Dubrovnik. I would have no hesitation in recommending Iris as a guide. she was able to answer all our questions with enthusiasm and without hesitation, and her passion for her city was obvious to see.
