A seven-hour tour of the special places in South Dublin: Glendalough, Lough Tay,
The Military Road, Dalkey Island and Wild Wicklow. Lunch in the 250-year-old Punch Bowl Tavern, with a trip to James Joyce's Sandycove and Dunlaogaire's Maritime museum.
The tour explores the wilds of Wicklow Garden of Ireland taking in the beauty of Powerscourt and the Sugar Loaf mountain as we make our way to Glendalough deep inside the glens. This is an awesome monastic settlement city from the seventh century.
We return via the stunning coast and overlook Dublin Bay from our vantage on top of Killiney Hill beside Bono of you 2 's residence. We visit Dalkey Island with its Napoleonic gun replacements ancient well from where we will have a cup of tea and the sixth century church of Saint Delginish.

This a a packed day long tour of the gems of South Dublin and Wicklow.
After collection we will travel through the Glens of Wicklow via Lough Tay and the Sally Gap via magical waterfalls and scenery to the ancient monastic site of Glendalough.
On our return we take a boat trip to Dalkey Island just off Dalkey home of U2 star Bono with a 6th century church, a Martello tower and gun emplacements from the Napoleonic era with lunch in an ancient hostelery on the way.
There will be a visit to the National Maritime museum and Sandycove the site of James Joyces Ulysses before drop off at an agreed point.
