I have been involved in the hospitality industry for almost all of my working life!
I originally started out as a tour guide, moved around the tourism and hospitality industry and gained a great deal of hospitality experience before finally returning to tour guiding in 2008.
I love my city and I love my country and am always delighted to show visitors to our shores the very best of what we have to offer in our beautiful country.
I operate a fully-licensed and insured luxury Mercedes van which is extremely comfortable for touring. I also offer walking tours of Dublin city, in addition to the driver-guided day tours.
I am also available for extended tours around the country.
For larger groups, I am also happy to guide on private coach tours.
A Recent Review of this guide
From first contact, our dealings with Carol were a pleasure. Both in our pre-tour correspondence and our actual tour outing, she was a balance between the well-studied professional and the convivial friend. To the general tour, we added the challenge of tracking down the 17th century ruins of my wife's ancestors' home, thus a certain amount of flexibility was necessary. Carol was unfazed. By the way, she is a skilled and conscientious driver. Bryan Frink, Ashland, Oregon, USA

Many Irish state-run visitor attractions provide their own guides and therefore do not permit external guides to conduct tours.
