The tour is a very personal tour.
I was born in the late 50ties after the war. But both my parents were affected by the war.

The war that broke out from German soil returned to Germany and destroyed also the gem of Germany - Dresden.

On this tour you learn more about the very ambivalent history of the air raid on Dresden, its scars and background.

The tour is underlined by many photographies to compare the history of reconstruction.

And you will meet an eye witness. A lady - more than 80 years old- who has lived here all her life, through the bombing and the reconstrution under the GDR government. And she could see the city rising like phoenix bird from the ashes.

There are not so many people any longer who can share their story with us.

This a story that should not be forgotten.
