I really enjoy showing my guests the beautiful city of Dresden, its museums and surroundings. For me this means not only to tell you about history, but also about culture, traditions, and the local life here (yesterday and today).
I grew up not far from Dresden and now for more than 25 years I have lived here in Dresden and experienced its many changes - especially those the reunification brought about.
Every day you can see more of the splendour and treasures of this amazing city. And it will be a pleasure for me to show them to you!
What makes Dresden even more fantastic is its breathtaking surrounding. Picturesque old towns like Meissen and impressive rock formations - the Saxon Switzerland - you can also discover with me.
I studied English at the Dresden Technical University and spent one year in Great Britain. I am a licensed guide in Dresden and in most of its museums.
A Recent Review of this guide
We enjoyed Carola's wonderful introductory tour to Dresden, with her extensive knowledge and warm helpful personality. She went out of her way to provide additional information in accordance with our specific interests and plans. We look forward to two more tours with Carola outside the city in the next few days.
